This presentation will summarize results for bovine samples submitted to the Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory over the last several years. The summaries will include results from neonatal diarrhea, bovine respiratory disease, IBK, and abortion workups.The latest antimicrobial resistance summaries for the most common bacterial BRD pathogens will also be presented.
In addition, sample submission locations and positive result locations around the U.S. and Midwest to include Johne’s, rabies, Theileria, and Anaplasmosis will be shown.
Vitamin A and E results from weak calf and abortion workups will also be summarized.
